The brief
Two partners who work in two languages wanted one presence that never makes a client choose which partner, or which language, to start in.
The design
Terracotta and sand, generous photography, an /es tree that is a translation of substance rather than a toggle, and a concierge who greets in whichever language the visitor opened with.

He sounds bright, bilingual, steady.
Answers in English or Spanish, switches when the caller does, and uses the team's reviewed Spanish glossary for the legal terms.
