Journal · October 2026
The best real estate website companies in 2026, compared honestly.
Most lists of real estate website companies are written by one of the companies. So is this one. The difference is that every claim below is what the vendor publishes or what a cited third party reported on 2026-10-10, we say plainly where a price is unpublished, and we put ourselves last.
How to read it: the design model tells you whether you will look like other clients; the contract and ownership lines tell you what leaving costs; the AI line tells you whether anyone answers your website at 9 PM.
01
Luxury Presence
Best for: Top agents and teams who want design, IDX, CRM and marketing from one vendor
- Design
- Semi-custom on a proprietary platform; template at the entry tier
- Price
- Unpublished. The only public figure is a brokerage partner tier from $265 a month.
- Contract
- 12-month agreement on every plan; setup paid up front
- IDX
- Included
- Answering
- CRM-side AI messaging and marketing automation; no named concierge on the site
- Ownership
- Proprietary; the site does not leave with you
The largest independent player, with real investment behind it. Its own site blocks the AI crawlers it sells visibility to.
02
Agent Image

- Design
- Template, semi-custom, or fully bespoke (Imagine Studio)

- IDX
- Separate bill through iHomefinder or IDX Broker
- Answering
- None at the product level; sells an SEO and AEO service
- Ownership
- Among the few where reviewers report you can keep the site

How to choose
- If you want award-winning custom design and have months and the budget, Agent Image's Imagine Studio has the longest record.
- If you want one platform for site, CRM and marketing and accept a 12-month term and a site you cannot take, Luxury Presence is the market leader.
- If you want honest terms and a fast template with an AI phone pickup, Espo.ai is the straightest deal under $2,000.
- If you want an original presence, a named concierge on your site and phone, published pricing and the right to leave with the site, that is what we built AIREVAS to be. Pricing is here; the work is here.
